I met Kathy a few weeks ago and she is such a great person. I knew she was a Mary Kay rep but she never hassled me to join her team or to but any product. I happened to be out of the eye make up remover and she promptly provided me with a bottle. I started checking out the catelog and have decided I want to try most of the new stuff they have out this year. Kathy has provided me with samples so I don't feel pressured to purchase a bottle of perfume that didn't agree with me. Thanks Kathy!
Pros: I can shop on-line or call for a last minute gift for a friend
Cons: I wish Mary Kay had a store at the mall
