Review content:
Since discovering Risotto last summer, we have had several wonderful meals there. We have always been greeted warmly and sincerely by the owner and have always been impressed by the attentive and competent wait staff. I am a big fan of the filet of sole served over butternut squash risotto cakes, but recently had their monkfish special which was served over a pear and gorgonzola risotto and I have admit looking around to see if anyone was watching because I really wanted to lick the plate. It was amazing! During that same meal my companion ordered the pork and was singing it's praises. I have often ordered the various risotto dishes and each one was better than the next. One particular evening, at the suggestion of our waiter, Rex, we ordered a bottle of Amarone which was smooth and delicious, but have enjoyed the house wines very much as well. For appetizer, I think their fried calamari sprinkled with parmesan cheese is just out of this world. They have great ahi tuna too. For dessert, don't miss the canoli or tiramisu. Trust me, it's worth the extra 30 minutes on the treadmill!!\r

I can't wait for the weather to warm up and be able to, once again, enjoy the lovely patio.
Pros: Delicious food, attentive staff and charming host
Cons: I'm trying to think of something......nope, nothing!!!
