Although this is technically not a business, but it does involve several businesses, I am going to review our school's Cancer Carnival.
If you've been a student at any of the Putnam City School District's middle and/or High schools, then you should be familiar to our yearly Cancer Carnival event.
Every year, we devote one day to fun and games All the proceeds are donated to cancer treatments and reasearch. We have alot of companies who supply food and other things so that we can raise money.
Not only are the students having a great time (it is the one day of the year that most of us look forward too) but we are also doing our small part in helping fight against cancer. Many of our friends, families, and teachers are fighting against cancer themselves and we want the best for them.
I just wanted to share this with everyone and maybe you can get your community into doing something too.
