Review content:
I joined the YMCA because of the swimming so I could use it for physical therapy and exercise.
The people are friendly and it is a safe clean environment.
They have all kinds of programs available cheaper if you are a member. They have babysitting and daycare groups. You can have a party for your child at the ymca for swimming or gymnastics of maybe something else. They have activities geared to teens and keeping them out of trouble.
They are in the process of enlarging and adding another pool for just exercising and I am so looking forward to this. You can swim laps or exercise or freeswim. They have a schedule of times available.
You can not beat the weight rooms and other exercise programs for the price and the friendly atmosphere. The locker rooms are clean and there are showers and lockers and bathrooms.
You can pay by the month out of your checking or if money was a real problem I think you could apply for some sort of scholarship. They have a wonderful family atmosphere yet there are alot of singles here too.
You can also use your ymca card at other y's when you are traveling. There is something for everyone.
