Review content:
A very close friend of mine was coming to visit me in Orlando, Florida and I promised her that I was going to make arrangements for her so she could be taken from my house to the airport on her return. After several calls to different cab services, I called AAA Reliable Cab, Inc. to find a very polite person on the phone named Fanor Baptiste, also known as Jean. He was very nice and answered my all my questions immediately. I made a reservation with him and as the date of my friend's departure got closer, I called Jean several times to confirm the reservation and every single time he was available to do so.
When it was time for my friend to return, Jean got home ten minutes before the agreed time to pick her up. He was impecably dressed, friendly, and very helpful. My friend later called me from the airport to let me know how pleased she was with the arrangements I made. She told me that Jean was communicative, professional, and very pleasant during the entire ride to the airport. She said she felt very comfortable and secure. In addition, my friend and I believe that the rate she was charged for the trip was very reasonable.
