Last time I was in Seaside, my sister in law insisted we go to McKeown's restaurant for breakfast. She said they served really good scones while you waited for your food to come. I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful food and great atmosphere of the restaurant. You almost feel like you are sitting out in a little courtyard with the way the interior is decorated. Their breakfast items are just a tad more exciting than the basic Pig 'n' Pancake down the street. Some restaurants seem to have trouble sticking around Seaside, but I hope this one lasts a long, long time!
