I'm very athletic and train everyday.
I have been to Bellagio Spa (Las Vegas) and Nob Hill Spa (SF) and received some excellent deep tissue massages. Of course, the price was high.
A few months ago, I hurt my back lifting several bookcases. I was in constant pain. I went to the hospital, the doctor said I could take painkillers, or just wait and do nothing until it heals. I was in constant pain and needed a better solution than presciptions.
I went searching for a massage therapists. I am very impressed with the talented licensed CMTs that exist in the Sacramento area. For me, I found that Amber Gardens is a professionally managed place that has a very knowledgably staff.
When the massage started, they warmed up my back, then started to search for my tension. They immediately found the knots in my back, started to release the pressure with their deep tissue massage and afterwards, I felt better.
I have tried several different therapists at that place and found that some of them had the knowledge to offer suggestions on what I can do to strengthen my back by using health foods and homeopathic remedies. I am very impressed with the talent they have in the organization.
I have found Amber Gardens to be one of the best places to get a deep tissue massage.
Location: Not the best location, but once you're inside, the decor looks fantastic.
Prices: Very reasonable
Staff: Positive attitude
Facilities: Very nice bathroom and very nice shower.
Management: Accessible and willing to listen to clients.
Suggestions: I don't know what their plans are for the future, but sauna and facial facilities would be great additions.
Pros: Once inside, the ambiance is relaxing. Prices are super reasonable. Skill is excellent.
Cons: Not the best location, but once inside, it looks great.
