If being on public display while working out isn't for you, or you (as a woman) just feel more comfortable exercising with the like sex, then you should stop by the Every Woman Health Club in Redwood City. The club features classes (aerobic, etc), on-site personal trainers, and all the latest equipment. It conveniently located, and quite comfortable environs. The building itself doesn’t particularly stand out, but it’s what’s on the inside that counts – which is part of the reason you should desire to work out!
