I just moved to a new construction and noticed something was wrong with the door bell , which did not make any sound when I pushed it from the front door. Thanks to the warranty of the new construction and I could call the Southern Lighting for service. Their service is prompt. I called on Monday and they came the next day morning. The tech is very professional and immediately found where the problem was and made the immediate replacement. The door bell works fine now. He also checked the front door push button and replaced it even though it is still okay.
