I went here recommended by a friend and because it was near my house. I got great color and haircuts, but at an expense (and not the money). I finally stopped going because the drama, intensity and ongoing infighting was too exhausting to endure and made the visits take way longer than they should have. One appt. I was running late (10 min. I think) and tried to call from my cell the entire time to let them know - the line was busy busy busy. After I got home I discovered a rather nasty message my stylist had left me informing me that by not showing up I was wasting her valuable time. If she'd not been on the SINGLE PHONE LINE I would have gotten through! Another time, after being a regular and devoted customer for a year, I walked in 30 minutes before closing time to see if they could cut my young daughter's hair - I was rudely turned away and told they were closed. It was obvious to me they were not closed but the owner and another stylist were in the middle of an argument. Every visit is filled with emotional filled drama from at least one stylist and sometimes two or three of them at a time, and often about another stylist not present. Just too much drama!
Pros: skilled stylists and quality products used
Cons: way too much drama and infighting to make the visit worthwhile
