Businiess name:  Gold Mart

If you're looking for personal contact & great service in a jeweler, don't come here. This is a place to sell jewelry & that's about it. I wouldn't consider it a 'jeweler'. It's more like a merchandiser. They don't seem to know much about the quality of diamonds, etc. The name says it all (Gold Mart). Although they were nice, I wasn't very impressed with their service & although their jewelry may be nice, I didn't feel like it was high quality, like at a real jeweler. I felt I could get pretty much the same stuff at Walmart or Kmart. So I did the smart thing & walked out the door, since it wasn't what I was looking for. It's just my humble opinion, but I like feeling I can have a trust in the jeweler I deal with being that it's such an expensive thing you're buying & I didn't get that feeling here. I felt if I was to return the next day, they probably wouldn't even recognize me, just like if I shopped at Walmart. So, if you're not really particular about what you're buying, you can go here and probably get something nice, but if you're looking for a full service jeweler with personal attention and service, go elsewhere.
