Review content:
We had been experiencing odd trouble with our phone. First we could not make an outgoing call. We kept getting a busy single. I bought a new telephone thinking that was the problem. That corrected the ability to call out but suddenly we could not get incoming calls. I called Bellsouth service and they came out first thing the next day. It took them 2 hours to fix the problem. They ended up replacing the wiring into our home and the outside box. They were extremely polite and kept me informed of what they were doing. I was not charged for the repairs and my phone is now working fine. I am impressed with the prompt attention we received!
