I enlisted the help of True Green Chem Lawn to try and get my lawn situation under control. I had previously contacted them while living at another property for an estimate. They called me no less than 5 times a day for about a week straight. I eventually called them back and asked them not to call again as they were not very business wise if they harassed everyone like this.
A year later and in a new home decided to try again. I signed up for automatic debit every 6 weeks when they treated the grass. They not only drafted me every 6 weeks at $49 an application but also drafter my checking account for the entire year at over $300. It took over a week to get this problem fixed and over 2 weeks to get the money credited back to my account.
The initial contract also stated that the $49 price included the entire property (both lawns of a duplex). After the treatments started working I realized that they were only treating my half of the yard. The was a visible line down the middle of the property between treated and untreated sides. I called on numerous occasions to try and get this problem rectified and after talking to the receptionist several times I never got a call back from the service man. I was promised additional treatments and half the price which never occurred, but the automatic drafts still continued. Finally I called and asked that a manager call me back by end of business that day. This did not occur. I called back and canceled my contract.
