Usually I just ship the few packages I have by USPS but I have something that needs to be sent UPS.
For example, my work laptop needed to be sent to the home office for replacement. I was uncertain about how to pack it securely so I took it to the UPS store.
I was very impressed. There was only a few minutes wait time until I was helped. I explained what I needed. He pulled a box while I completed the paperwork. I was a little concerned when I had paid and was told it would be packed and shipped later because I was just leaving a laptop sitting there not even sealed in a box but they did get it on it's way quickly and well packed.
The convenience of having someone else pack my item and having a close to home location to drop off was great. I still go to the post office for most of my shipping but I was impressed with the UPS store.
