Saturn of Pensacola in Pensacola is really a great place to buy a car. I haven't actually bought one yet, but I am considering a Saturn. The sales people are all friendly and so helpful. I see why the reputation of Saturn dealers is so great, especially this one. The staff is professional and knowledgeable and low pressure. It is wonderful to be able to see what the dealer pays for each vehicle and what the markup is. It is nice not to have to try to haggle with a salesman and his or her support staff over the price of a vehicle. You don't have to worry that you settled for less than you could have gotten. Saturn of Pensacola offers 'no hassle' pricing. All Saturn dealers do. It takes the pressure and tension out of purchasing a vehicle.
The financing department is fantastic here. The manager of the department confirmed Saturn's claim that they are not like other car dealers. They have a full service approach to assisting customers in purchasing a vehicle. They take care of everything for you, they really go above and beyond and are clearly there for the customer. It is like dealing with a friend. Truly. It is not like the typical auto dealer who is just out to make a buck. Saturn of Pensacola has a wonderful customer service ethic and I would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle.
