Review content:
The level of professionalism at this Animal Hospital is amazing. They have a REAL facility, with a very spacious and comfortable waiting room and are very clean and well equipped. The staff is friendly, caring, educated and professional. The doctors are top notch. Your pet gets constant 24 hour care. I have had two pets who got very sick and died - one was a very large 14 year old dog, the other my little kitty who had FIP (which is unfortunately incurable). They took the utmost care of them and did everything they could to make sure that the prognosis was correct. Though our bills were large they kept us constantly aware of the cost and were very understanding of our financial and emotional concerns. When our pets died they had them cremated for us, gave us a paw print and even donated money in memory of our dog to Cornell University's Vet Medicene school! They were so very caring, understanding and professional. I have never had anything but good experiences with them (even though my pets passed away in the end) and I have heard nothing but good things about them. I know that they have saved many animals lives, even though they weren't able to save my pets (no one could have). Please write down their number and USE IT if your pet has an emergency.
