I became very frustrated with Tuffy. I purchased a coupon sheet from a high school student good for oil changes over the course of 12 months. It was a really good deal and I was excited to take advantage of the offers. Well, I was never able to use any of them because Tuffy does not take appointments. They kept telling me that it was first come first serve, even though the coupon clearly stated that you had to make an appointment in order to cash it in. There hours are horrible, so the only time I could take my car in was on Saturday mornings. I would get up at the crack of dawn and be there 5 mins after they opened and they would say, sorry, we are booked for the day, or you will have to leave your car here all day for an oil change. Well working Monday to Friday more than 10 hours a day, you need your car to catch up on errands on Saturdays, so this was not an option for me.
