Less than a month after I purchased the car, I noticed noise coming from the front driver side. I made an appt and took the day off of work to have it car fixed. The svc mgr said it was a ball joint that was dry and needed some grease, on the way home the noise returned. They then said I needed to replace the ball joint. I made another appt, and took another day off of work. When I picked up my car I drove about 5 feet in the lot and the noise came back. He told me that the technician hadn't test drove after fixing and he would "yell" at him. He took the car back in the shop for another 1.5 hrs, he said that the tech didn’t put enough grease in the part. The noise returned again about a month later. I brought the car another mechanic to verify the problem. I was told that the left strut mount was broken, and that the right side strut mount is about break. He said the driver side side strut mount was covered in oil, which was used to mask the noise it was making. Pros: NOTHING Cons: Everything
