Review content:
U-Store-It offers air conditioned units and some that are not. Price will be according to size and air. We rented a large air conditioned unit for a couple of months. They were willing to negotiate a reasonable price based on what other storage units were quoting. There is a gate around the entire site. Also, the manager lives on site for added security. You can access your unit 24 hours a day if you have your pass code. The gate is controlled electronically by a code you set.
We found U-Store-It to be affordable because they were willing to negotiate the price with us.
We also asked about flooding because Slidell has problems with flooding. The manager told us that their units have never flooded.
