It is very unfair and hurtful for anyone to write a negative review because of a personal relationship outside of a business with that business' employees. The personal comments about the employee at Skin Essence Buckhead are just that; very personal and untrue comments.
We have worked extremely hard to provide great customer service in a warm spa friendly, professional environment.
If there is an unpleasant experience at a business; share that with the management team or the owner.
The reviews that are placed on City Search or any other site will affect the business directly. Our reputation is very very important to us.
Our job is to make all of our clients feel good about their experience. We may occasionally fall short. If we do; allow us the opportunity to correct our mistakes.
