Businiess name:  Massage Envy - Buckhead

Review content:
I have to concur with the previous review about this particular location of Massage Envy. I too have experienced awful massages at the hands of approximately 5-6 of their male therapists. The therapists are not knowledgeable on the different massage techniques used in the different styles of massage (e.g., deep tissue, swedish, etc). What the therapists lack in skill they try to disguise by soaking you in massage oil so you can't really feel what it is they are trying to do. Their techniques were all over the place. I also complained to management and was rewarded with a laugh and a comment that no one else has complained about their therapists. I find that hard to believe. While the cost benefit and convenience of a Massage Envy membership is nice, I think I'd rather pay top dollar at a real spa and get a massage less often than continue to subject myself to this torture. Honestly, the last massage I had there, I wanted to be over within the first five minutes as it was more painful and disjointed than anything I had ever experienced. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Pros: Cost Cons: Unprofessional therapists with poor technique
