Review content:
This giant JoAnns Fabric on the east side of town is a great store for generic crafting. The most frustrating thing about the store is just getting to the front door. Don't pull into the DSW parking lot -- you can't get to JoAnns from there!
Once inside, you'll be amazed. This strore is huge. The center of the store -- devoted to fabric and patterns -- is the size of the entire store on Oracle. Around the outside are large areas for quilting fabric, yarns, scrap booking, woodworking, etc, etc. This is a great general craft store.
This store does suffer from the same thing that ails every generic craft store -- if you're looking for great variety or great quality, you won't find it. Go to a specialty store for that. But for the basics, this is the best store I've found in Tucson.
