Review content:
We have been to Portrait Innovations twice in the last couple of years, and I am sure we will not go there again. With young children, waiting can be challenging. You would think that if you made an appointment, that the business would work hard to keep their end of the bargain by providing their service in a timely manner. Both times we have been, we have had an extensive wait. The first time we waited close to an hour, and our toddler would not have any part of having his picture taken at that point. I couldn't really blame him -- he was bored stiff. Both times we have been, they have tried to coerce us into buying $500 worth of pictures. I am not interested in that many pictures taken on the same day, even if we do have a change of clothes. I would rather go every 6 months or so, so that I can watch them grow. The employees have been very rude and hostile when they found out we were not going to buy the whole package. Two thumbs down for this place.
