Sometimes it's a crap-shoot whether or not I go to Lowes or Home Depot, but this weekend I chose to go to Lowes. This particular store in the chain is the one I usually go to, and I must admit that they really do have great customer service.
When I shopped there yesterday, I was greeted by no less than four employees. I was also asked a few times, if I needed help finding something. I also had a very nice gentleman check to see if they had a sink in stock for me. They did not, but he took the time to call another store I have no doubts he would have accommodated me in any way possible, and I really did appreciate it!
