Well, I asked for a customized pattern fit to an area...what I got was a big rectangle that didn't run from top to bottom. So much for paying for a "custom fit". In addition, during our remodel I had bought 2 mirror defoggers that are paper thin and lay between the mirror and the wall. Sounds great doesn't it...get out of your steaming hot shower to a mirror you can see in! Well worth the $140 for the 2 defoggers.
Only one problem, the GREAT BIG GLOBS OF GLUE the mirror was installed with keep the mirror from touching the defogger. Now I have a $260 mirror that doesn't fit and a $140 defogger that doesn't work.
We had the company back out.... the house settled was the answer to the bad fit....really???....20 yr old house, no cracks in the wall board, etc. He continues to insist he measured, he is never wrong, and therefore the house must have changed. Hmmm.... Now if all of this isn't enough to scare you off please note. This man claims to be a "good" Christian as part of his sales technique. Well, let me assure you it is just a sales line. Let me explain further, he did not tell me to lump it.... he scheduled a day to come back and remove/replace the mirror....TWICE!! Okay, add 2 days off of work to the ever rising cost total. Finally, when I called him from a number he didn't recognize....he blaims his son and says his son told him not to replace the mirror.... because again...he NEVER makes a mistake....must be aliens came and raised the roof! Gee, I wish I was as perfect as him...but alas, I have made the mistake of not measuring twice, cutting once. Save yourself money, time, headache.... choose another company!
Pros: Reasonably priced...until you take into account the mistakes.
Cons: Everything else.
