i have a car that is about 6 yrs old. i had been to a few shops in the area. i replaced at least 3 parts associated with my problem. but the car still ran rough, stalled and did not get very good fuel economy. north star took a step back and analized my problem. they started over from the begining. my problems were simple. they have a smoke machine ?? what ever that is it found a vacuum leak deep under some parts and that alone fixed most of the problem. they were very up to date, they had alot of equipment that they said only dealers have and thats what set them apart from the others. i never did this before but i was so surprised at how easy they fixed my car. check them out.
Pros: fixed my car the first time, great explanations.. THUMBS UP
Cons: gotta call to find out whats going on, the owner/manager is busy
