We stopped here for a last minute birthday party gift...a manga and figurine combo. They have a nice area off in the corner full of graphic novels.
While checking out, I asked the clerk about the new Borders Rewards program (it's free) and she was both efficient and friendly, even though there was a line behind me. Another clerk took over to wrap the gift with care and the wrapping was no extra charge. What a lifesaver!
I'll definitely go back to this location. Very pleasant experience for me.
