If you are sushi crazy, this is one place you should go if you are ever in Evergreen. Sushi Evergreen has take-out atmosphere, but quality and taste is high-end sushi resturant.
They have variety selection of sushi menu like california roll, Spider roll and many more. I recommand Evergreen Roll and Colorado Roll which is my favorites. They also have great sandwich menu if you are not feel like sushi. All sandwiches are freshly baked from oven.
Sushi Evergreen has weird sense of characteristic. They serve high quality sushi, also baked sandwich. It gives you a feeling of comfort and friendliness of breakfast deli shop with high quality sushi.
Pros: High quality Sushi and Sandwich
Cons: Back dated atmosphere, but if you like that atmosphere it's pretty nice.
