I had a pest in my attic; they did not catch it and in the meantime put a break (can not use the word Krack) in my ceiling. I wondered why they did not send me a bill and when I saw the massive break (Krack) I assumed that?s why. They later called me to collect on a bill that was probably lost in the mail. I let them know about the break (Krack) and sent pictures no response. They are the only people who have been in my attic in the 5 years I have been living in my home. Do not recommend, did not even respond to my issue. To think they could have avoided this review by just waiving the charges ($59) for a pest problem they did not solve anyway.
