Businiess name:  Villa Nova Restaurant

Review content:
Villa Nova is a long time establishment located along restaurant row on PCH in Newport. For years I'd heard how good it was and finally gave it a try and was I sorry I hadn't tried it sooner! The location is superb with window views of the yachts in the bay. They have a dock outside the back of the restaurant where people who come on their boats can moor them. The menu is fantastic and offers a wide variety of selections from Italian fare to a nice selection of seafood. Appetizers are fabulous and my favorites are the eggplant slices and the mozzarella caprese salad. Save room for dessert though, their chocolate souffle is the best dessert around. The souffles are small so don't plan on splitting one, order one for yourself, you'll be glad you did! Prices are moderate. There's often a long wait to be seated. The lounge is a very happening place among the 40-50 year old crowd. They have a keyboard player there with chairs for seating all around him. I don't know if they take reservations, but i'd give them a call to see if they do. Valet parking.
