Review content:
We purchased two fireplaces from this company during our home remodel in early 2007. They installed the fireplaces during our early construction process and within a month went out of business. We were left with missing and broken parts, and Zach and Kristen Merritt never even contacted us to let us know they would no longer be in business. We've now had to pay much more than originally planned due to their poor installation job, their horrible service and lack of follow-through. I have tried to track them down repeatedly with no success.
