I wasn't crazy about this practice so we switched only after a month. The waiting room is set up with a well area and a sick area, but it's basically one big room with a small hall in between (no doors to separate the two areas). The physician we used had a problem speaking to me and making eye contact which I thought was odd and after hearing someone in the waiting room using serious profanity to their five year old...we decided this was not the practice for us...not the drs fault, but the staff didn't say a word to them !! We also had to diagnose a problem ourself since the dr was stumped...and trust me when I tell you, the answer was simple and we found it that night on web MD. I wouldn't recommend this practice and hope they have gotten better drs since we utilized their services.
