Perhaps that is a little strong...but this is truly my favorite Mexican restaurant of all time! It is amazingly affordable - I typically eat for under $4, and am stuffed upon leaving. Anyone who visits Torero's must try the white cheese dip - they provide you with unlimited chips and salsa, but this cheese dip is what makes me love Torero's. I have tried repeatedly to 'perfect' my own concoction of it - with constant failure. Service is not always the best in the world here, but the food always makes up for it.
