I have bought 2 computers from them within 6 months of each other. Previous to that, my father bought one. They price matched a competitor's ad every time. Their salespeople were very helpful. They aren't always the most knowledgeable but they do their best to find out information for you. Sometimes they get slammed and the lines can be very long but it's worth it to save the money. If you want fast service without the long lines, buy it online and have it delivered or go pick it up in person.
