I don't know how authentic Chevy's Mexican Food is, but I don't really care. I love it and so does my family. It is our favorite place to go for dinners out. They have a nice kids menu, but my kids favorite part is the lump of tortilla dough they give the kids. They sit and play with it until the food comes. It's great. They also love watching El Machine make the tortillas. Chevy's is usually crowded when we get there, but we don't have to wait too long, and sometimes they have chips and salsa to snack on. By the way, their salsa is wonderful. I just think it's a great, relaxed atmosphere, family restaurant.
