Review content:
I have used this business twice. The first time it took me asking for a couple of months to get them to come out for an estimate. Their excuse was that they forgot. When they finally did it took weeks for them to do the job. They did good work except I can see the seams in my carpet and they installed it over something that feels like a rock.
I ordered a carpet weeks ago and was told they would come out on a Monday. They did not show and did not call so I called them. I was told they had scheduled me for Thursday and when I corrected her I was told that they would be out Wednesday. Today they did not show or call so I called them and was told they did not know if they would show or not because the wife of the owner was ill. I had asked them to call if they had a problem, but they didn't. This is twice this has happened.
I would not reccomend this business merely for their unreliablity and lack of communication. I told them to call and let me know when they would show up for the job. If they don't I will cancel the order and ask for a refund so I can get someone who is reliable to do it.
