I usually try to stay away from chain restaurants, but my curiosity got the better of me. I am out of town on business and I have a co-worker who has mentioned several times how great this place is, so I decided to try it. I ordered a small appetizer of calamari and the waiter was nice enough to bring me a side of marinara and this other yummy creamy pepper sauce. I have eaten calamari at countless restaurants so I feel like I can make a good comparison - this stuff was outstanding! I got a pollo rosa maria (I think that is what it was called) with a side of curly pasta - again, tasted amazing! The chicken was wood fire grilled and was very juicy and flavorful. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and clean with great music. My waiter (John) was perfect - made great suggestions, checked on me enough, but not too much, and accommodated all my requests, all with a very friendly attitude. I asked to speak to a manager (Brian D) to share my good experience. He came right to the table, was very friendly and chatted with me for a little bit before continuing on. Overall, I think this is the best italian chain restaurant I have been to. I have already planned another trip to take my boyfriend! Great job to the staff at this establishment!!!
Pros: Surprisingly good prices for the quality of food. I expected it to be much higher based on the taste.
