I really love everything having to do with beauty and Ella Blue, located on Laguna Boulevard (I don't know why it says "Laguna Brook"), is a true diamond in the rough. I have had a variety of services there and have been more than pleased with all of them. It is not easy to find services so well rounded in the Sacramento area, believe me I have tried! :)Ella Blue is clean, friendly and most importantly: the women there do excellent work. I have recently been introduced to Julie's full line of Ella Blue cosmetics and skin care and I am in love. GREAT EVERYTHING!! Shadows, lipstick and gloss, cleansers, moisturizers...You name it, they have it! Definately worth stopping in:)
