This is a comfortable and professional environment. Everything from the initial telephone call to my final hypnosis session was very satisfactory. The lead hypnotist, Karen Rothstein, is very knowledgeable about the mind/body connection. When you sign up for a specific improvement program you also get CDs, coaching, and resources to assist you to meet your goal. I was able to lose 32 pounds with their weight loss program. They also offer a smoking cessation program that helped my husband, a smoker of 25+ years, to quit in one session. It's been six months since he touched a cigarette. I highly recommend their services. Convenient location. Easy access and free parking.
Pros: Extremely knowledgeable staff. Easy access from freeway. Nice, warm environment
Cons: Night and Weekend appointments were a higher fee.
