my experience: i ordered a king size oak bed and over a month later the store delivered a California king with a mismatched headboard. when i called to correct the mistake they told me that a king and cal king were the same thing. after extensive research i can only find that a king measures 76 by 80 (what i wanted) and a cal-king is 72 by 84 (what they delivered). well since they believe themselves to be right and me to be wrong they will not exchange the bed and even though they had said they would exchange the headboard my phone calls to do so are no longer being returned. sierra oak furniture does not seem to be interested in my business and therefore i will not be returning and strongly discourage others to shop there. bad business is bad business.
