My husband and I had our wedding reception at Horizon's in 2000. We were so happy with it. It is definitely not cheap, but I have not been to a nicer venue in Saginaw. The food is all excellent and very fresh. The ballrooms are huge and very elegant. And the staff, wow they were so great! From the woman who helped me plan my event, to the service staff and security guards- everyone does so much to make sure that you are happy and that things are running smoothly. I would recommend this site to anyone having a wedding or large party or business event. Just be prepared to pay some serious $$
