Bill York's tax preparer in Modesto Office is great service. The reps at the Turlock office just gave me a run around, i requested a copy of my 2007 taxes as a priority, they told me i would get them 7-10 days and pay 10.00 fee, finding out a month after not receiving them, i had to attempt the call to find that the Bill York's son had to get my papers because they were in Modesto office, the reps did not know when he will return to work. I never thought i would have to request my papers from IRS instead of my own Tax Preparer .
