I found John's website on Amazon and left him a message about hanging my new Sony TV. I was surprised at how fast he called back. He was very friendly and even did the leg work for me, on his own time, to find the best TV mount for my situation - hanging over a fireplace. I am impressed with how responsible John is, always returning phone calls or emails promtly. On the day of the installation everything as planned and the price was right on the estimate. John took the extra steps and care to connect all the cabling I would need, now and in the future.
I would highly recommend John and his work.
