John Maino provided just the help we needed in finding and installing our Pioneer plasma TV, a Bose 321 and a Harmony universal remote. His knowledge of what is available and his ability to listen to our needs to find a perfect match has resulted in many hours of great entertainment. The installation of our system went smoothly. We were impressed with John?s professional skill in solving the unique problems of our installation. John has been available to answer our questions and give support as we got used to our new system.
