Review content:
I injured my back and had chronic pain for almost 6 months. Went to 3 different physical therapists and a few chiropractors, no improvement at all. A friend recommended AcuStretch at Knight Physical Therapy and swore by it, so I went. After the first visit, I was sore and actually felt worse for a couple of days. But by the third visit, I was 50% better and was no longer sore at all from the deep tissue massage. I went back for 4 more visits and my back pain is now 100% gone. If you go, ask for Alan.....he's booked solid but definitely worth the wait. Don't waste your time with physical therapy, this is so much better. Pros: Cool place, fun, really friendly group, awesome therapy, easy to find Cons: far from Aliso Viejo (but still worth the drive), no HMO insurance accepted,
