Review content:
I was in the market for some motorized shades. I checked out a lot of companies. Checked out their licenses, refferences and insurance. I chose Awnings In Motion, they were not the cheapest, but definitley worth the difference. I learned that most awning companies simply purchase there products from local factories then sub-contract out the work. I went directly to the source. I visited the actual factory location where the products are made from scratch and met my technicians prior to installation. I learned that there are only three actual local factories in the area, the rest are just dealers. As far as warranty/service issues, if possible deal direct. Thus far I have had no issues at all, but if I ever do or need parts I know I can go directly to the source. I had a great experience with Awnings In Motion and my designer "Andrew Smith" had extensive electrical knowledge in controlling all my shades on my Creston system which is no picnic to say the least. A+ all the way. Pros: Fast turn around Cons: None
