Possibly the finest in-patient rehabilitation services for alcoholics and drug addicts in Michigan.
This Center is in a secluded area of Memphis, MI off boardman road out towards
the country. It sits on a large piece of land which is very scenic and beautiful out
in the open air. The building itself is a few floors and is always filled to capacity.
Most of the workers are former addicts who have remained clean for a substantial
amount of time. They tend to relate better to the patients. Their are doctors and
nurses on staff as well as counselors. I was a house manager and my job was
making sure that no drugs were smuggled in and make sure that house rules were
not broken. The tools are there if the person wants the help.
