Review content:
I will never claim to be a handy person, and my husband didn’t know that there were multiple types of screwdrivers until I pointed it out last year. Fact is, we are usually looking for a very specific item and we find Sears Hardware to be an easy store to navigate. Sometimes the other stores are so huge and I have a hard time finding what I need and someone to help me, but not at Sears. Customer Service is always friendly and available when I need it. I also believe their prices to be comparable on most low dollar items.
