One day I was rather hungry at noonish, and I happened upon Jake's Pizza tucked away in a small shopping area at Adams St and Hwy 111. When I walked in, I was greeted by the owner and the staff, and we chatted for a few minutes ... my first time there. I ordered a "personal" pepperoni pizza - the kind I usually order when trying a new Pizza Restaurant - and I was greatly pleased with the taste, the crust, the sauce, the cheese and, of course, the pepperoni. My only regret is that Jake's does not deliver, since I live about 6 miles away in South Palm Desert. BUT, I must say, I will DEFINITELY go back to Jake's for one of the best pizza's around.... and am going to try all the other delights on the menu. * * * * * ( and the prices, REASONABLE ).
