Review content:
Heather Northrop was my photographer in 2005. She was paid in full ( $1000) before I recieved any of my photos, which was a big mistake. Heather didn't give me any of my photos. She avoided my phone calls, ignored my messages, and canceled her email account so that I couln't get ahold of her. I took my case to NBC Action New's "CALL FOR ACTION." She ignored them as much as possible before settling with giving me a partial refund and a CD with all my pictures on it. This is not what I paid her to do. I had to make all my prints myself and my own photobook too which cost more money. Heather claims to be a devout Christian, but when my mother wrote her a heartfelt letter pleading with her to please give us our photos, she ignored it. She claims that she was having some personal issues in her life at that time. A good business professional keeps their personal and professional lives seperate! Heather Northrop ripped me off so don't let her do the same to you. She was formally under the buisness name Heather Northrop Photography in Baldwin, Ks. She now operates as Northrop Heather Photography in Gardner, Ks, possibly to escape her past. I would've reported her to the Better Buisness Bureau, but she is not a member. Don't you wonder why?
